Large summerhouse on Danish Island Bornholm

It is a four-sided farm located in the middle of Bornholm, approximately 10-12 km from Rønne. It has landmark status in Denmark. Since the courtyard is surrounded on four sides, it warms up quickly by the sun and protects against wind and weather. It has a large terrace with several tables and chairs, as well as a barbecue, which invites to relaxing evenings. The garden around the farm is laid out like a park, with 100-year-old blood beech trees as a majestic feature and a small pond at the end. The garden has plenty of space for all kinds of sports and recreational games. On the large plot, several terraces with tables and chairs have been laid out in all directions for relaxation over morning coffee, afternoon drinks, or barbecue evenings. The house is elevated and has a fantastic view of a horizon of sunrises, sunsets, and a golden sea of fields. The place breathes absolute peace and tranquility. Inside you will find a kitchen with all the necessities: fridge/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and all kinds of pots, pans, baking tins, and cutlery. The house has two rooms with double beds and one room with a single bed. The house has WIFI, and the television is equipped with Comcast. For cool evenings there are air-to-air heat pumps in all larger rooms. Note: Not for commercial rental.
